I started this blog for same reason many others do – to get ideas out of my head and out into the world.  I love technology aspects of entrepreneurship, online & start-up business, web design, marketing, and the social web.  So I write about that.

I am a lead creative web design and online marketing professional at Full Voice Media.

I help people take advantage of the internet by taking advantage of non-traditional promotional strategies. I demonstrate why just having a website is not sufficient. I provide one-on-one consulting and training sessions to teach how to create or optimize an individual or businesses’ web presence.  Aside from blogging on this web site, I am also a regular contributor at iBizBook and the Full Voice Media Blog, where I advise on strategies to help businesses have their voice heard.  More details about my Web Design and Online marketing services on my Consulting page.

Entrepreneur:

I have been involved in the creative aspect of the internet since I was 13 years old. During the beginnings of the web in 1996 I created two successful web design companies.  In 2003, from the ashes of the dot-com meltdown I co-founded EightyTwo, a Post-Generation X online community of like-minded twenty-somethings. Most recently, I launched this new blog and led the launch of a car insurance website, and have been steadily prepping to launch another one.

Business Development / Sales / Tech Strategist:

I have over Five Years of Corporate experience having worked for great companies like IBM and Novell. I consulted with Fortune 500 clients as well as Small and Medium Businesses across a wide range of industries. I am adept at providing the highest caliber of customer satisfaction and possess technical expertise across a range of business applications and platforms from having spent several years in Information Technology support.

Coach / Mentor / Networking:

I’ve coached young racers in the Nancy Greene Ski Racing Program and taught public school kids the Economics of Staying in School in the Junior Achievement program. I enjoy meeting new people and giving advice to the young and old, I think we can all learn from each other. I’ve worked with business people, entrepreneurs and corporate employees. I want to help people achieve their goals and I love to build new relationships.

Everything Else

I Live in Markham, Canada (suburb of Toronto)

Recent and upcoming trips: St. Lucia and St. Vincent & Grenadine Islands (10 Day Yacht adventure), St. Petersburg, Russia (June), Whistler, Vancouver (December)

Passions: (aside from everything above) Music, Film and Filmmaking, Photography, Reading, Art, Adventure Travel, Racquet sports, Winter sports (skiing & snowboarding), Outdoors – camping, hiking, sailing, if its outdoors – I love it.
